99x99 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you, the registered user ("Player"), and 99x99, the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://99x99.app ("the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in any promotion, or simply browsing the Platform, you indicate your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

99x99 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or via email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after any such notice period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last updated.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between 99x99 and Players will be conducted in English.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The 99x99 Platform is intended solely for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or participate in any activity on the Platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 99x99 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all funds forfeited, and relevant authorities may be notified where required by law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99x99 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are not eligible to hold an active account or receive any winnings.

2.3 Personal Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you are not permitted to use the Platform if any of the following apply:

• You are a current or former employee of 99x99 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have previously been self-excluded from the Platform or have an active self-exclusion in place.
• You have been permanently banned from the Platform for any prior violation of these Terms.
• You are acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the full features of the 99x99 Platform, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and registered mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, false dates of birth, or contact details belonging to another person. 99x99 reserves the right to verify all registration information at any point.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 99x99. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If 99x99 detects that a Player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts will be permanently closed, all balances (including bonus-derived balances) will be forfeited, and any withdrawal requests will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 99x99 will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat. 99x99 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to keep credentials secure.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

99x99 is committed to responsible operation and fraud prevention. As part of this commitment, we may require Players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any other time we deem appropriate. Requested documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99x99 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals from players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 1–3 hours
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; withdrawals processed within 1–3 hours
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — minimum deposit ৳200
• Upay (UCB Mobile Banking) — minimum deposit ৳200
• Visa debit/credit card — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals within 1–3 business days
• Mastercard debit/credit card — minimum deposit ৳500; withdrawals within 1–3 business days

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by 99x99, though your bank or mobile operator may apply their own transaction fees — these are not within our control.

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your 99x99 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile banking methods. 99x99 does not accept cash deposits, third-party deposits, or transfers from payment methods not registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to another person will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the same name as your 99x99 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Before your first withdrawal, KYC identity verification must be completed. Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or above may be subject to additional verification. 99x99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days where fraud screening is required. Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

4.4 Taka-Only Transactions

99x99 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. Your account balance, wager amounts, bonus credits, and winnings are all displayed and processed in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to represent Bangladeshi Taka. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3) are used throughout the Platform for all amounts.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

99x99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which are published in full at the point of opt-in. The terms set out in this section apply as a baseline to all promotions offered on the Platform unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the promotion's specific terms. Sports betting and live casino wagers may contribute differently to wagering requirements — refer to the individual promotion page for contribution percentages.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have a stated expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. If the wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account. Expiry periods are non-extendable unless 99x99 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.

5.4 Abuse & Exploitation

99x99 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus; exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome; or participating in any coordinated scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent. In cases of confirmed abuse, 99x99 may permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances.

5.5 Seasonal & Cultural Promotions

99x99 runs special promotions tied to significant events in the Bangladesh calendar — including Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and IPL. These seasonal promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published on the Platform for the relevant promotion period. Eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and expiry dates for seasonal promotions will be clearly stated at the time of launch.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 99x99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Odds are provided at the time of bet placement; once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in. 99x99 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred — such as odds that are materially inconsistent with the fair market price. In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the Player's account in full.

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event — for example, during interruptions to play, pending confirmation of a significant event (wicket, goal, penalty), or where live data feeds are unavailable. Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided at 99x99's discretion. For cricket markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — the rules set out in the individual market descriptions take precedence over general betting rules.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on 99x99 are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are set by the respective game provider and are available within the game interface. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the provider's server-side records will be considered the definitive record. 99x99 does not alter game mechanics, RTP settings, or outcome probabilities.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 99x99 will investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, 99x99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to Players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system error are not valid and will not be paid. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays" applies to all games on the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99x99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use the Platform while under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one account on the Platform, regardless of the name or payment method used.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification; using another person's identity or payment methods.
• Match-fixing and collusion: Participating in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with bets placed on 99x99.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses in a manner contrary to their intended purpose, as described in Section 5.4 above.
• Automated betting: Using software bots, scripts, AI-driven systems, or any automated means to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in ways not available to standard users.
• Circumvention tools: Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward 99x99 staff or other users.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by 99x99

99x99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has violated these Terms, has engaged in prohibited conduct, has provided false information, or where account closure is required for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons. Upon closure for cause, any balance derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited. Where a balance represents genuine Player funds not tainted by any breach, 99x99 will endeavour to return those funds to the Player's verified payment method.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the 99x99 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance that is withdrawable (i.e., not subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure are automatically forfeited.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion via Account Settings → Responsible Gaming, or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion options range from a temporary 24-hour cooling-off period to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be restricted from deposits, wagers, and bonus opt-ins. Requests to reduce a self-exclusion period or reinstate a permanently excluded account are subject to a minimum 30-day review period. 99x99 encourages any Player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life to use the self-exclusion tool without hesitation. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to applying a dormancy classification, 99x99 will send a notification to the Player's registered email address. A dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, to cover administrative costs. Accounts with a zero balance after a period of inactivity may be closed without notice. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team and completing any required re-verification.

8.5 Changes to These Terms

99x99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice. The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://99x99.app/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
